I’ve raised a complaint with Airtel about poor network coverage in my area. The support ticket number 31-3864542182834 was closed after waiting for the ticket due date without a resolution. This was preceded with a similar response with the earlier support ticket closed without a response. I’ve raised this complaint for 2 months now without any response/resolution.

Also this has been raised with the Maharashtra appellate at Airtel without much assistance. Airtel would need to respond appropriately as the network coverage has been extremely poor in the area where I belong (Area details are in the ticket).

Need help and assistance.
