Text of Complaint by Shobhit Maheshwari:

I have booked a ticket to travel from Chandigarh to Delhi for 15th of January,2024, my boarding point was HPCL Petrol Pump opposite ISBT Sector 43. I got SMS from Nuego regarding the Cabin crew who will accompany in this bus, At 2:50 pm I contacted him to confirm the Bus position, and he misinformed me that Bus would not pick up anyone today (15/1/24) as they had directions from the company to not pick anyone, he even told he was not picked today and he is currently in home. This initiated panic in me as I had further bookings from Delhi and this would mean all my money would be wasted. The boarding Location is 5-10 minutes away from my Location and I would have reached the Boarding point by 3:00 pm, 10 minutes earlier than the Scheduled pickup time of Bus , but I got busy contacting Customer care of Nuego regarding the information passed by their cabin crew, they told my bus is late and will reach my pickup point at 3:30 pm, I reached the boarding point and found no bus, I again contacted Nuego support and now they told that they are raising refund request and asked me to book another ticket. In two days they closed the refund request without any refund, denying their cabin crew’s fault and blaming the customer like always, no journey confirmation call was even made by them for my 3:10 pm bus which is their routine protocol.
