Text of Complaint by Saravanan B:

I am writing to file a complaint regarding the poor service I have received for my Voltas air conditioner from Giriyas pondy and Voltas customer service. I purchased the unit roughly ten months ago and began experiencing problem with the PCB Board. Request raised on 13 th may 2023.

Most of the time, service team does not show up or reply to my calls or messages, further delaying the resolution. I have had to spend countless hours on the phone with customer service to try to get a resolution.
It is unacceptable to have spent this much money on a product, only to have it break down after a short period of time, and then to receive such poor service from the company. I am very disappointed with my experience so far.
On a daily basis i have to call the service team manager and as usual he promised to solve the issue by today it self, this is happening fir the las t one month.

finally i escalated to the concern to Voltas Regional service head on 5th June 2023, even after also my issue was not resolved.

I am attaching all the necessary documents, including my purchase receipt and service records, for your reference.
