I have been struggling to get my refund and when I go to chat with your agents, all I get is copy paste answers with no solution.
I hope you are aware that Banking services are not working. I tried to contact hdfc but couldn’t. Then I tried to reach out again to the agents and this is what I get.
I want to ask, is it allowed to give rude robotic replies and to type in HINDI???
I am extremely disappointed!
I request you to take this very seriously.
I’m tired honestly.
I want a strict action against this agent named Ankit.
I was still typing when he closed the chat on me.
I want a call back from a manager instantly and a strict action against this agent.
And a suggestion, i think you should really upgrade your customer service executives standards, else you will lose many more customers like me.
