Very bad experience with Airtel customer care & support.

This is regarding my current issue request with Pre-paid to postpaid migration with Ref -211383187195455

Issue -1

Simple plan change dragged for 1-15 days after several follow-ups & billing charged for same, customer time & money

Issue-2

Pre-paid to postpaid migration,

1, False commitments from Airtel advisors,

2, There is no customer value & responsible advisors to fix customer issue

 

Issue -2 History:

  1. Pre-Paid to Postpaid request raised through MyAirtel APP on April 12th 2019
  2. After 24hrs called Airtel customer care for update (April13 6.59pm), response to visit store
  3. Visited Bangalore DVG road store on April 13, 7.31 pm, tried to 18001030405 could not able to complete verification as requested number no network on it (SIM Can’t register) Response to contact customer care as progress on tele verification so not able to issue duplicate SIM, asked backend team to do call verification on within 24hrs
  4. Called Customer care again on April 13 9.15Am, Supervisor Swetha R assured to call back & fix problem in next 24hrs
  5. Called Customer care on April 16th 10Am, no resolution yet, asking some more time

Issue-3,

There is no proper coverage across Bangalore location in spite of heavy monthly bill paid
