Text of Complaint by Mushran khan:

Dear Sir,

This is Mushran Khan, (+919503725144) residing 04, Basera Apt, Near Citizen School, Koliwada, Vasai (West), Palghar – 401201.

I am an Airtel User since last 5 years and My family is using this network approx from Last 10 years. From Last 2 to 3 months we all are facing Network problem inside our home.

Before 3 months even though there was poor network connection inside our home but it wasn’t so poor to receive and make calls.

But currently, the moment we enter our sweet home,the mobile indicates Emergency Call only.Also I’m not the one fed up with this problem of poor or worst network inside homes but also our Neighbors are facing the same.

Infact I won’t hesitate to say that the entire locality is facing this issue.

I had registered ample of complaints regarding Network Issue but your Airtel’s executives are very worst & failed to provide any solution.I have attached my last call Recording for proof.(plz find).

The customer service executive said that he had taken a complaint regarding my network issue thereby alloting me one Reference No . which is a regular activity for them just to ged rid of customers.Since my last Complaints ,no such improvements or results i have gained.

The CSE assured me that it will be solved soon but even after 1 month I haven’t received a single call regarding my complaint.I can guarantee you my Complaint is Closed without giving any prioritization or scope for improvement. As I have stated earlier this problem is for the entire locality So please look into the matter and solve the issue for the entire locality as soon as possible.

I am forced to say that by such unprofessional behaviour towards your customer, the reason why Jio is emerging as a powerful network. ***Had it been a good behaviour & services from your side to the customer, you guys won’t have to taste the current fate of losing business at the hand of different operators like Jio, Vodafone.****Maybe the reason why people are getting out of your network

I am politely requesting you to solve my problem ASAP. If you ignore the issue like you have done in the past many more times, then i won’t hesitate to escalate this issue to the top level.
