Text of Complaint by Rajiv:

My poco x3 pro suddenly stopped working and I’ve given the phone to the nearest service centre.Its under warranty and I was told that the motherboard will be replaced in 7 days.Now after 7 days they are saying it will take another 10 days as the part is not available.I badly need my phone back since it’s my work phone and Poco doesn’t understand their customers I guess.If you don’t have the part give a new phone.Thats how warranty works.
