I have been using this phone for 1 and half year and suddenly with no update my phone camera stopped working, it became blank. When I called the customer care they gave me the number of my nearest service centre and the phone number actually doesn’t exist, they cheated on me , now they are not even responding my calls. When I checked for the solution in youtube I see so many peoples are facing the same problem. They are charging around 10000rs for the repair which is almost half price of the phone . This problem is from the companies side and they should repair our phone for free. They are concerned about their present benefit they don’t know that their value within the people has already gone down and its going to affect the company in the future. Now I totally dislike this brand specially their service. I will not recommend my friends and families. If they are not ready to help the people Poco will also be not helped by people.
