Parcel has been marked as delivered without being delivered inside Meesho’s courier partner company Pocketship A huge amount of fraud is happening in it but no action is being taken from the company side.And its management is also involved in this, they open the parcel and deliver other products with pulses inside it.We have complained about this in Meesho company to block it but company is not taking any action against it.Many of my parcels have not been returned, when I put a ticket about it in the company, they sent a handwritten photo.

pocketship never collects packets on time it is very dissapointing when see you your order get cancelled
I got POCKETSHIP blocked after many follow ups with Meesho on 16th June, 2023 but now 3 days ago, I have been again receiving orders for pocketship and that too 100 plus orders and same attitude. I got blocked this company because 200 orders were cancelled due to no pick up and I received mail for high breach pendency. and now for the first time, POCKETSHIP actually visited but didnt sign any manifest. I have escalated and forwarded request to permanently block this company. Now my only fear is what will be done with these new orders. The pick up person and his senior who spoke over phone were pathetic and reckless. They have no professionalism and Meesho 3PL support agent asked for proof of pick up. Luckily, I captured a video as this person picked up only half of parcels so the 3PL support agent was basically stating if he would have picked half parcels then why he didn’t pick up other parcels? he was trying to blame as if we didnt hand over but our parcels are always ready before 10.00 am in morning and there had been no issue with any other courier company except this. Pocketship has no website, no registered office address, no care number..its complete scam and Meesho must not work with fraud companies. Meesho never support the suppliers when it comes to wrong return claims, empty box delivered,
Writen by Pinkki Manohar everything is right. We also request to blocked this partner many time but Meesho do not take any action against this fraud partner. We have received many of wrong and garbage type product in RTO return parcels from same 3pl partner. our all claim also rejected by Meesho. It means Meesho openly support this courier prtner and his fraud activity.
