Hello , i have ordered PNY SSD 120GB on 29th of may and my order delivered to me on 31th the package was opened but i was too excited about my order so i ignored it and received the opened package then i found only SSD box on it but not the actually SSD that i purchased/ordered
I immediately contacted amazon customer support and told them everything and they file a investigation forum and told me to contact to them on 6th june after 6th June amazon customer support told me as we can see according to the investigation update we sent you the right product in intact condition and they told me we can’t help you with the refund or replacement and i was upset that time , so that’s all i wish i received my refund amount 1602, rupees since i saved that money for the item
