Text of Complaint by Venkatesh Nese:

My Tata sky ID is 1205507831 and my RMN 9004448309. On17-10-2018, As per your customer care executive’s advice I recharged my Tata sky account with Telugu Dhamal mix pack including HD package for 24 months with an amount of ₹ 7850/-.

After few months of uninterrupted service of ALL OPTED CHANNELS, HD PACKAGE was withdrawn without any information and my repeated trails for contacting your cc personals was invain.

Still i was watching all channels in normal mode. I regret to say that, my payment and PLAN is valid for 24 months i.e., till October 2020, my total service is discontinued today 21-02-2020 and your CC executive asking me for FRESH Recharge.

But, my claim is – on 17-10-2018 as per your Executive’s advice, I purchased then existing plan of TELUGU DHAMAL MIX INCL HD PACKAGE by paying ₹ 7850/- LEGALLY FOR 24 MONTHS UPTO OCTOBER 2020.

SIMPLY I REQUEST YOUR CONCERN TO PLEASE RESTORE THE ABOVE SAID PACKAGE UNINTERRUPTEDLY TILL THE AGREED DATE OF OCTOBER 2020 WHICH IS YOUR COMMITMENT AND HELP ME NOT TO GO FOR LEGAL PROCEEDINGS .

I RETAINED ALL THE TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION WHICH I HAD WITH YOUR PERSONS.
