Text of Complaint by Vishwajeet Pratap Singh:

I have raised a disconnection request thrice for jiofiber but the backend office always closes my request without intimating. The customer care executive just know pre fed sentances and they sorry and postpone the cancellation date. Jio has to refund 4500 and thats why they have been delaying this small procedure. Kindly help
