Hello Sir/mam
I have family plan with 5 number(Main +4 other)
My main number: 7490006071
I want 199 Rs per year plan for add-on number So I called to your customer care and I got refund in previous bill and I was ensured by your representative about 199 Rs add-on plan.
But in Previous bill (dated 19-Oct-2018) refund was credited but plan not changed.
so I called to your customercare on date:23-10-2018 . Your senior excutive Bipin Panchole gave me ensurance of Rs. 199 Plan. I have recording of this call. I attached recording with this mail. Please listen last 3 minitue recording.
But again This month bill(Date:19-11-2018). Previous amount not refunded and Plan not changed to Rs 199 on addon.
so I put request for port. So your representative call me and told me that Rs. 199 plan discontinued and told me to give refund for previous month in half and hour.This recording also attached with this mail.
but refund is not reflected at MY AIRTEL app yet.
If Rs. 199 plan is discontinued than You should told me this 2 months ago so I port out that day. Why you charged 2 more months. You ensured me 2 times and not giving me 199 add-on plan and refund. This is very unethical thing.
