Text of Complaint by Lipika Chawla:

As per the attached installation, which clearly states the,
Tariff Plan Opted Airtel-UL-Xstream Fiber Basic 799 150GB (100Mbps/1024Kbps) COMBO Plan  but the plan activated was different that we agreed and offered to us, which is costing us 30% more what should be, thats who AIRTEL EARNS or shall i say Cheat.

1) Need clarification on  the Plan as per your Bill  and as per your Installation Report .
2) Need clarification on the billing cycle , As it was installed on 9th May , how can the bill come from 05 May , ( the time no discussion was done )
As committed to me by your Airtel sales representative  with  installation and taxes for 3 months one time payment  2828/- (799*3 =2397 ) + 431.46 = RS 2828/-  Kindly help me to understand the bill send by Airtel  (attached for reference ) .
Kindly refer the trail mail for detail story for the way you Airtel employees cheat common people and loose the hope of trust . Its now quite difficult for me to trust any sale man .
Being a disappointed frustrated customer still waiting for your revert to get clarity on the bill and the appropriate changes as committed during sales time .
