I placed an order through the zomato food app and was charged Rs. 198 for the same. It was deducted from my Paytm wallet. But, the zomato delivery executive denied to come to my location to deliver the order. The denied to provide the service after making me wait for approximately 1 hour. On the same that a zomato delivery executive assured me that I will receive my refund by 8AM the next day, that is, 6th June. I didn’t receive the order that time. Each time I contact the customer service they say that they will refund it within 24-48hrs. It 9th June, 8.30PM, and still there is no refund received. They are asking me to wait for another 24-48hrs. All these while after communicating through Zomato chat, no customer service support has called me back.

I want to register a complaint for not refunding my money every 3 days, for not responding to the customer grievances, for giving false deadlines, for wasting customer’s time.
