I had ordered pizza from dominos bhopal using Zomato app. It’s been an hour I was waiting for my order but no response. I tried calling dominos bhopal to cancel my order, but not got response
Raised the same issue with Zomato but they said u have to take up the matter with dominos itself. I was like stupid who have ordered food through Zomato, paid them, but I hv to connect directly.
Well ! I waited for more than an hour when order was at my door.
Opened the packed, I was like awh as the food gone cold, was not fresh. Finally I didn’t have it and slept empty stomach.
Later I received message from dominos that they have delivered my order within 20 minutes.
My concerns are
Why Zomato charged for delivery when I have to take up the matter myself
I was not able to cancel my order despite escalation with Zomato
Why dominos is flashing false message of delivery timing
Why companies are cheating customers with hefty charges of food and the same with delivery partner when they can’t ensure quality
I am mentally and physically upset as I didn’t hv my dinner
Stop cheating customers!!!
