I’ve ordered fracas curtains in grey colour and it was delivered tomorrow when I opened up those curtains they were not similar as they’ve shown in the picture quality wise not good and colour was slightly different from the actual color I’ve ordered grey color curtains one is 7 feet and three others are 9 feet they were too long and fabric and colour was not right not at all good so I’ve initiated return tomorrow and it’s showing that pickup is initiated and it will be picked up on 27 may but today I’ve got the MSG that pickup is initiated today and it will be pickup by today the delivery guy came and took the product and he was already so sure that this will be rejected bcz the colour is slightly different the colour size was the issue that’s why I’ve returned the product and now I’ve talked to customer service and they said ki don’t worry it won’t happen how the delivery guy knows that it will gonna reject and most importantly whenever delivery agent picked the parcel after picking always I’ve got msgs usually that your return is picked up by this delivery guy but I haven’t received none no msgs only I’ve got the MSG that your return is rejected bcz it’s damaged but the product was intact and color was slightly different but it was not damaged soo how’s this possible it’s scam it’s fraud by delivery agent or warehouse nd I’ve paid hesty amount for it 2246 and the return is also cancelled itself what is going on my hard earned money gone waste of some people who’s doing these scams i want help quick resolution for this… I want my money back my 2246 rupees
