I have placed a delivery of digital gold through PhonePe on 23rd July 2020 and still have not received any update on it. When I raised a ticket with PhonePe they are not responding to me with any kind of update and just keep giving me an extended timeline for the same.
No call received from them for any update. I follow up daily, still no updates. Just I get response from different person each time I ask an update with extended date.
Please help.
