I shortlisted a PG property in Powai Mumbai through No Broker.Com. The owner name was Shrinath, Contact No: 096703 40671. After speaking to him he asked to transfer 2000 rupees as refundable deposit to make visiting card to check the property personally. He shared his UPI id 8376052189@kotak,8019411407@paytm, gpay no:-8376052189 , and i did the transfer. After doing the transfer he confirmed that he has received the payment and his manager will call me for further visiting card process. After an hour i received a call from his office manager Aditya, Contact no. ,69001 32167, for my personal details and he asked me to transfer Rs. 6090 again for visiting card and said that this amount will be credited back to my account in a minute. I told him that owner has not conveyed this to me and i called back the owner again to check on this. Owner also stated that yes you need to do the payment and it will be credited back to your account immediately. I paid 6099 . He said he will talk to his manager and get back to me. Again he asked me to pay 6099, so i got doubt , and asked him to refund my money.After that he didn’t call, i called him for follow up but he disconnected my call. Totally I have lost 8099 rs.
