Ordered Nuevo Sheesham King Size bed from pepperfry.com on 15th June 2023. It was showing delivery on 14th July but was not delivered till 18th July. Frustrated with the delay I cancelled the order. Customer care said refund will be processed. Even after 2 weeks there is action taken for refund. Whenever I talk to customer care they say they are checking internally and need 48-72 hours.
