We enrolled our son for the academic year 2026–27. However, in January, there was a change in class timings which was not formally communicated to us. Due to our existing commitments, the revised schedule is not feasible for us.
As there was no proper response or resolution from their end, we submitted a refund request for the academic year 2026–27 on 22nd January. Despite sending multiple reminders since then, we have not received any response.
We request you to look into this matter urgently and provide a clear update on the refund status at the earliest.
