Text of Complaint by Ankush singh:

I did reacharge rupees 500 date 1 april bt still not credited in my account and when I am trying to ask your customer service agents will give me same reply everything time they are saying I am sry for delay payment your money will be credited soon that it’s I need my money please credit it in my account i can share my payment statement n everything
