Dear sir,
I visited the swiggy application and choose 2 items after than I proceed for payment via phone due to my bank server issue payment is failed.I tried 3 times same reason is coming payment is failed.after than I close the application.Buy swiggy order boy come to my house and giving delivery for items but I didn’t mention any cash on delivery on swiggy.After than customer care team call to me and said you mention COD that way order placed.But I didn’t mention any COD I said cancel the order.call center team cancel the order and penalty has to been paid informed to me with rupees of 857.Without I mention COD how should I pay penalty.please help common citizen for this type of issues facing problem for swiggy
