i booked a bus ticket from paytm and it was for less than 700 rs now which i have paid already as one of their cce called me and said we will not charge tou with any other penalties and now they have made my penalties more than 5500 rs and i recieve calls from them sometimes they use very harsh tone and they dont talk rite i am being very depressed and then when i am contacting paytm they keep on sending me messages like pay all the penalties to avoid impact on your credit score
