As evident by the reviews if the Payzapp app on Play store the wallet has not been granting cashback as promised.

As per trailing mail, I have following past one month from 25-10-2017 to till date for below issue. But still I am not getting any solution and single reply mails. So humbly request you to resolve the issue ASAP.
I agree error was happened from my side due to typo mistake, but its human error it may happen some times. I am expecting favors from your side, but nothing is happened from your side. I don’t know if customer doing some error while transactions they wont get their money back then what is solution for that
As per the bank norms Customer Name, Account Number, IFSC codes are mandatory for transactions, But Payzapp not considering those criteria even its asking these details while transactions. If done those kind of checks from payzapp, issues will not happened. So Payzapp also part of this issue
As per the trailing mail, while I am transferring money from “Payzapp Wallet” entered wrong account number due to typo mistake and money credited to concern account (As confirmed by Payzapp). So I request you to help me to retrieve the money to my account. Please refer the details below.
