Wrong item delivered on 26th Nov, filed replacement request 28 Nov, cart updated arrival of replacement 6 Dec but till today 25th Dec item dispatch is due. I tried to call on 01204606060 but this help line number is a computerized message only at end of call I receive a SMS with link, when I tried open it but failed. this going on everyday but still waiting for replacement for 20 days.
