Hi sir
This is mangarao ur paytm customer 9866296679,i made a transaction on 22june to merchant account the order id is 201906221147230003
201906221146110004
In the merchant account it is showing it is credited to the merchant account followed by credit to paytm savings account while checking the paytm savings account I found there is no amount credit to his account he is asking to repay the amount back i have made several attempt to close the account

Your executive has asked me to get a confirmation from his mobile and forward the same to ur paytm care i made this attempt to they are saying it is credited to his business account

While I am asking them it is not credit to his paytm savings account there is no response from ur paytm care

I am attaching all the evidence i have
