I had 1205 rupees in my bank account. The account has been deducted by Paytm according to the attached statement. There’s no OTP sent for the transaction nor there is any information regarding approval for deducting my bank account balance from my end.
There’s no customer service for consumer’s complaints.
A voice mailer won’t be able to answer everything that needs to be sorted.
Also there is no email id for complaints or queries to raise for paytm.
A legal action would be taken in the next 3days if the details aren’t mailed of the done transaction attached.
