Sir,
I have done payment at petrol pump using paytm upi of 1020 rs on 05th may 2021. Now payment has been deducted from my sbi account. but transaction is failed it is not been transferred in merchant account. I have raised complaint on paytm customer care since 6th may. They haven’t provide any kind of response or resolution. even i am not able to talk with paytm customer care using mobile. kindly resolve my query as soon as possible.
