There is an amount of rs 700 has been debited from my paytm wallet on feb 23 at 5:25 AM. I have not made this transaction. This is totally a dispute transaction. I have contacted to paytm care but they are not able to help. Infact they are saying that can reverse the amount(from the beneficiary paytm wallet), but the person who has done this fraud, already withdrawal the amount. So they also believe that this is a matter of inadvertent transfer. Now they are saying that in order to provide the beneficiary details they need of police directive. In short they can’t help.
My concern is not related to this 700 Rs. Indeed i am worry about the dispute transaction and the paytm security. What is the security of paytm.
Please help me in this case.
