Hello Sir,

Complaint is regarding my order 5432361698 in Paytm.

I have purchased a suzuki access disc for that I received a 7 promocodes and in terms and conditions it was mentioned as valid upto 25-Dec-2018. There was no conditions says that “promocode is applicable only 2 times per month”. Now suddenly this condition came into the picture and am not able to purchase anymore.

I have already used 2 promocodes this month. I had promocode for almost 2500 rupees (1 promocode = 500 rupees Cashback) which are rest of 5 promocodes and am not able to use it now, it’s going to expire by 25 Dec 2018.

I was started rising this issue day from 17-Dec-2018, but still am not get a proper reply from the paytm care and am always getting an irrelevant reply from them. Looks like they are simply copy pasting the standard mail text instead of provide the right solution, hope so they are not able to understand what am I saying or not educated enough.

It looks like you people are not following any standard set of instructions that they have committed already and simply bluff the customers as you like and try to loot as much as from them.

Being in a such esteemed organisation handling the customer in a very improper and non structural way is not fair. It will obsolete the trust between us and company.

Either add my 2500 rupees to my wallet for Paytm mall purchases or allow me to purchase using my rest of 5 promocodes. Please sort it as soon as possible and give a proper justice.
