A sum of Rs 4000/- was transferred to my account wide UPI Reference No: 204829297992 dated February 17 with the phone and account number.
Since then I have been attempting to reach their customer service number in order to resolve this matter. However, despite my attempts, their customer service is not reachable. The IVR system is absolutely garbage.
I even tried to reach via live chat which is also useless.
I wish to find out where is the amount being held and have it credited to my account.
