It,s been almost year now and inspite of 50+ visits #20+ called customer care#10+ kyc at home request but no one turned till today for KYC.
No center is doing KYC and there response that KYC stopped by Paytm.even I saved nos of the person who was doing KYC but no response till now.
Multiple time received call from Pyatm post my home appointment but every time post call nothing has been done.
Escalated issue to paytm through Twitter but no resolution so far.
Become of KYC issue I am not able to get my cashback since last one year.
