My booking id on Paytm is 9892019022 and the pnr no is 4821180954
i booked ticket from pune to delhi for my mother and aunty during booking status on screen sudden i got msg from pay your ticket got cancelled and no amount will be refunded.
there was no confirmation to cancellation the ticket even after they cancelled my ticket
my 4240 rs deducted
due to urgency i again booked the same ticket
kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem
