Paytm complaint number 147842714.
Placed fasttag order and it got delivered with incorrect vehicle number written by hand on the package
Raised complaint with Paytm
4weeks later response
Paytm fasttag toll-free numbers don’t work always busy
Escalated the concern to their grievances cell
4 weeks later someone from Paytm grievances cell called
Asked them what are the measures taken to fix delays…but the gentleman from Paytm says it’s it’s int..go wherever you want escalate
Asked him the escalation procedure..he just ignores and it’s been 6weeks now…sent emails too..no response
This is really sad to see they are into banking…and how these kind paytm business is following the rules and regulations set by the indian laws
