Text of Complaint by Yogesh Sahu:

I’m not a businessman, neither I’ve any business module nor any commercial unit like shop. But I’ve paytm merchant account. I paid ₹50,000 to myself using my paytm merchant QR code on 3rd July 2023.
I received ₹1200 using paytm number from my friend on 3rd July. I received ₹100 from another friend on 4th July 2023.

For these transactions, paytm is asking goods receipt, proof of delivery, business module, electricity bill/ water bill, picture of inventory etc. All 12 documents are mandatory to provide to unfreeze my account according to paytm. (No written rules or clarification shared. Even not answered on call. They either put on hold or disconnect my calls)

As I don’t have any shop, so I denied to paytm to provide all these documents. Now they have lock in my ₹51300 for 180 days.

Please help, please help, please help.
