My name is Akshay Bhadoriya. My Father runs a small food business and had purchased a Paytm Soundbox in January and was told there will be no rental charges in the future. Then we relocated to Delhi from Maharashtra and my father left the Soundbox in the old shop and it was off since then Still I was charged a Rental of Rs 729 which was deducted from my settlements. I called the customer care and told them about the issue. They told me that Soundbox will be deactivated and no charges will be levied now. Then the next day Rs 94 were deducted. This is a cheap trick by Paytm and a fraud.
