I was using Paytm Sound box since last 8-9 months and i raised a replacement request under warranty on 17th August and till today on every call they say that within 24 – 48 hours it will replaced but it hasn’t till today. Then on 14th Sept i ordered another soundbox after waiting for almost month for replacement. On 17th Sept i received new soundbox but i ordered in english language but received in Tamil language and again same issue they are not replacing it.
