I have bought paytm soundbox for my shop. But , I stopped using it because it is not beneficial me because I am small shopkeeper. I requested to deactivate it. They called me and said they’ll pick it up. But after so long time, pick up has not been completed. I don’t know what to do ? How much they will charge for the service, I haven’t used.
