I have taken a soundbox box from paytm service agent 04/03/2022.i ask for soundbox language is telugu but he activate hindhi that’s why i retuned the sound box 09/03/2022.still now I don’t get refund. Customer care executive are not responding. Am try many time they are says within 24hours you get call back but no body callme about soundbox or refund.
