I odered Paytm Sound box on 17th of December 2021. I received that on 24 December. I called Paytm Customer Care (120 444 0440) for returning parcel. They noted my request and said that you request is submitted & i got sms for deactivating Sound Box service. They told a paytm boy will come within a week to receive the parcel but nobody came. I waited but they didn’t send their executive/delivery boy for taking my parcel.
Afterthat i again complaint on 19th January 2022. Again they noted my complain and gave me assurance that they will take my parcel within 10days. But till now they don’t send their executive to receive the parcel from me.
Their executive calls me and ask me about returning parcel but they don’t send their delivery boy.
I’ve all call recordings of them and call list. And i had also mailed them 2-3 times but they’re not responding. Issue is reviewed but they didn’t try to resolve it or contact with me.
Hope you’ll be able to resolve my problem.
