My paytm sound box is not being used but rent is being added by paytm.
Talked to customer care to return the sound box but they did not come to collect the return and rent is being added and harassing me by sending messages to take some action if I do not pay the rent
Same thing happened with me..
First of all the agent who installed the soundbox told that there is no extra charges or not even monthly charges taken by the Paytm other than sound box charge of around 500 INR. He also told that if i return it within a 6 months then 500 also refundable. After 15 days Paytm charged 125. I called customer care they told k now onwards 125 will be cut on monthly basis. I told customer care about the communication with the agent but they didn’t agreed. I ask him to take it back and give me my 500 Rs refund. They told the amount is not refundable. I ask him to stop the service but they didn’t. Now they are asking for the money which i never used after that 15days from last 2 years.
