I have ordered Huggies (56 pc) order no. 6097659665. The delivery boy delivered the wrong product packet to my 4 yr daughter in my absence. When I wrote it to team paytm the same delivery boy came to pickup the product . He took away the product and gave us the receipt which is attached with this mail.
Now I’m neither getting the refund not my product.
Pls do the needful.
