I hqve ordered Earphones from paytmMall by using Promocode MACC55 which was live for 12hours.
payment was made already from Paytmwallet and the item was shipped and in transit from Delhivery Logistics.
but after shipping Got a message about cancellation saying Due to Unknown technical reason we cancelled your order.
how can they cancel orders after shipping. they sent me another promocode but that is not equivalent to the Promocode i ordered. i want That item as i have already paid for order and it was shipped successfully.
