Paytm has sent me wrong product. Product which I have booked is worth 25 K a and product which they have sent is worth 12.5 K …..it’s a been more than 10 days I m struggling to get my refund . Firstly paytm guys has sent wrong product to me now they are not ready to return the product……when I raised concern through email then I received reference number as 36797416…… here is the order number which I have booked 3716091552……..on a daily basis I am trying to connect to the customer care but struggling to talk to your agent…..this is the worst app and worst services and response I have seen…I am being mentally Tortured by paytm guys..
