i purchased samsung s8 mobile from Paytm Mall with 10000 cash back.
i applied coupon code and i got msg on screen that coupon applied succesfully. u will get cash back in 24hrs, now after after 14days i got msg that i am not eligible for cash back.
i called paytm they are not rready to give cash back or raise the complain in system. they said that u might have applied for 2 offers thats the reason ur claim is rejected , but i have only purchased one product and only one offer in past 1-2yrs. but paytm is not ready to listen or provide my cashback
