I have bought a product from paytm (Sattva Classic XL Bean Bag Cover (with Beans )) with Order No. 9370044473.

I have ordered on 3rd of october and it was mentioned to be delivered on 10th october. but i have received the product on 14th october and thus i told them i dont want the product and i have applied for return also. but next day the return is rejected without any reason and again i applied, the process goes on and i already applied for return 6  times and all times it got rejected and now they are saying they can’t take the product since i did not apply for retun on proper time. As per policy i have 7 days return time and they are the one who did not take any action against the same.

I need to return this product and get the payment back to my account.
