My Paytm wallet was invalidated by Paytm when I tried to complete my KYC. now my wallet is unusable, and even after 4-5 attempts of trying to complete video KYC they have not validated me. My Paytm wallet balance is now stuck and I am unable to make any transactions through other apps or withdraw this balance.
This seems to be their modus operandi, to use excuses to deny KYC of customers, to keep their funds in limbo.
