I made my first Paytm payment for Reliance Jio Service in August. Paytm’s ad promised a 100 Rs. Cashback. They haven’t posted the Cashback. Customer Service has been giving me the runaround, saying that no promo code has been applied. I am attaching the screenshot of the ad, whjich doesn’t mention any promo code. The Reference No. of the Paytm Complaint is 38873088. Thank you.
