I wanted to book loacl train ticket via UTS app which has given two options paytm and mobikwik. I had selected paytm option, transaction got failed but amount deducted from HDFC account. Even after 3 days, neither amount refunded nor added to paytm wallet. This thing i have observed multiple time in paytm.
